Visit the Major Event Camping tabs under STAY, there you will find additional camping information and link to purchase can be found there. Are sites Trackside? We have sites that are trackside with view of the back straight of the track and spaces that are back-in that do not have track view. Will it be noisy? There is a chance of noise when there is track activity, call (512) 595-3674 option 2 to check track activity schedule. Do you accept walk-ins or is advance booking required? Advance booking is required, you can make a reservation same-day until 7pm What is your cancellation or refund policy? All cancelled reservations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. All daily and weekly reservations, guests may cancel until 48 hours prior to arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit, minus a $25 administration fee. Reservations cancelled inside the 48 hours will forfeit their deposit. Monthly reservations can be cancelled up to 30 days prior to arrival and receive a full refund of their deposit, minus a $25 administrative fee. If cancelled less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Monthly reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior will forfeit their deposit. Special Offer Promotions are subject to their own cancellation and modification policies. Check with your Reservation Coordinator for these policies. Rally Reservations: Please contact your rally coordinator. We are a Family Friendly facility so all ages are welcome. Site renter must be 21 years or older Do you offer discounts (AAA, military, seniors, etc.)? Yes, we offer a Hero, GoodSam, AAA, Traveling Nurse, and many others, check out the promotions tab! Is there an extra fee for additional guests or pets? No, we do not an extra fee. You are allowed up to 6 guests and 3 pets per site. What types of campsites do you offer (full hook-up, water & electric, tent, etc.) We are an RV only park with Full hook-up and Partial hook-up options. Are there pull-through or back-in sites? - Our RV sites are “Pull-in Sites”. You have a concrete pad for RV parking and a paved patio area that can be used for vehicle parking. All hook-ups are accessible on the left hand side of the concrete pad as you pull into the sites. - 5th-Wheel, Travel Trailer, & Toy Hauler Parking Instructions: Please park your RV on the concrete pad. You may pull your tow vehicle and RV straight onto the concrete pad. The connections for power, water, cable and sewer (as applicable to your site selection) are on the driver’s side as you pull into the site. Once you have unloaded your RV from your tow vehicle you can back your tow vehicle out of the site using the paver side of the site. You may also back into your site using the concrete pad, please route hoses and cables under RV to the correct connections. RV’s are not permitted to be parked on pavers. - Motorhome RV Parking Instructions: Please pull your RV straight on the concrete pad. The connections for power, water, cable and sewer (as applicable to your site selection) are on the driver’s side as you pull into the site. RVs are not permitted to be parked on pavers. Can I reserve a specific site or view? Yes, you can pick your space and apply a lock site fee to reserve that specific site number What are your check-in and check-out times? Check-in at 2pm and Check-out by 11am Do you have after-hours check-in? Yes, we are able to arrive. Load-in your site and collect your Welcome Guide for the After-Hours bin next to the office door. Is early check-in or late check-out available? Call guest services at (512) 545-3674 to check for availability. Are pets allowed, and are there any breed or size restrictions? Furry Friends are welcome! You are allowed 3 pets per site. Are campfires allowed? Fires are prohibited, propane grills are allowed. Are quiet hours enforced? Yes, quiet hours are 11pm – 7am. Do you have on-site laundry facilities? Yes, we have a coin operated laundry facility. Are propane, ice, or convenience store items available? Yes, we have a Campstore with Ice, Merchandise and RV supplies.
