FAQs

When is check-in?
  • Wednesday, October 21: (Early Access Pass must be purchased)
  • Thursday, October 22: 7 AM – 7 PM
  • Friday, October 23 – Sunday, October 25: 9 AM – 5 PM

Please plan to arrive during these check-in hours, arrive after hours does not guaruntee access to the Camping Area

All guests must be checked out by Monday, October 26, 2026, at 12 PM (noon).

You will be able to collect parking passes at the time of check-in. You will be given (1) RV pass and (1) vehicle pass.

Yes, you may purchase an extra pass at guest services when you arrive. All vehicles must fit within your allotted site in order to purchase additional vehicle passes.

Please call the RV office at 512.655.6226 to request an ADA RV parking site. ADA credentials or ADA ticket will be requested at the time of check-in to access ADA sites.

  • COTA RV -Premium RV has Water & Electric RV hook-ups
  • In Lot N there are no hook-ups provided. You may bring in a personal generator for power. Mobile pump-outs will be available for an additional $55 and mobile
    freshwater fill is available for $60. Shower tickets are $10 each or $30 for a weekend pass.

Please use the separate Lot N entrance off Elroy rd. to gain access to Lot N, you will not be able to access lot n via COTA blvd. Staff will be there to greet you upon arrival.

  • COTA RV Premium has assigned spaces.
  • Lot N RV Parking is on a first come, first served basis. There is a designated Tent Camping area for tent campers.

You will be able to pick your site upon arrival. We recommend if you are traveling in a group with multiple RVs that you arrive together to ensure you are getting sites next to each other. If you do not arrive at the same time, buddy sites are not guaranteed.

Visit the Lot N Hangout Zone, outdoor games and activities are available 24/7. Additional camping activities will be available throughout the weekend.

  • Yes, Premium RV has a 24/7 bathhouse with restrooms and showers.
  • Yes, in Lot N there are Restroom and Shower trailers available. Shower passes can be purchased once onsite.

Yes, tent camping is allowed in Lot N. You are able to have (2) tents and (1) vehicle at your site. Designated tent camping area is provided.

Open fires are prohibited, propane grills only.

Quiet hours are from 11PM – 7AM.

Yes, your pet is allowed in RV camping areas. Please keep your pet leashed at all times, pets should never be left unattended outside of your RV. A Bark Park is available in both Premium RV and Lot N for your 4-legged companions.

Golf carts and UTVs are welcome but must be registered at time of check-in to be operated on COTA property. Please see Golf Cart Policy.

No, we do not have propane fill onsite.

You are allowed to run your generator between 7AM – 11PM.
